This short movie (4 min. 23 secs) is so inspiring, I just had to share! Maia Helles is a 95 year old Russian ballet dancer, who has made exercise part of her daily routine for decades. The result? She still moves like a young person and is far more flexible than many in their 30’s. Julia Warr is an artist and film maker, who met Maia on a plane and later created this wonderful movie with her. It takes us to Maia’s home in Fire Island, New York, where she gives us a glimpse into her daily routine and shares her three secrets to a long life.
